Terms of use

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Proxen website and app (“Proxen”, “we”). By using Proxen you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Proxen.

1. What Proxen is

Proxen is software that reads a request you type, finds routes on Robinhood Chain through third-party protocols, and tests websites in an isolated browser. It is not a broker, an exchange, a bank or an investment adviser.

2. You stay in control

Proxen is non-custodial. We never hold your funds or your private keys. Every transaction is built for you to review and is signed by you, in your own wallet. You are responsible for checking what you sign.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on Proxen is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Quotes, scores and figures are information, not recommendations.

4. Third-party protocols

Routes are filled by third-party protocols and liquidity on Robinhood Chain (for example the KyberSwap aggregator, Uniswap and on-chain market makers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their behaviour, availability or losses they cause.

5. Site scans have limits

A site scan opens a site with a test wallet and reports what it observed. A clean score lowers the risk; it never removes it. Sites can behave differently later, for other visitors or on paths the check did not take.

6. Stock tokens and restrictions

Robinhood stock tokens are not offered to US persons or in restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you, including sanctions, and you must not use Proxen where it is not allowed.

7. The $PROXEN token

$PROXEN is a digital token with no promise of value, profit or return. Only the contract address posted by @proxenfi is genuine.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Proxen to break the law or to harm others.
  • Do not try to overload, probe or disrupt the service, or use site scans against systems you are not allowed to test.
  • Do not misrepresent yourself as Proxen.

9. No warranty

Proxen is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Blockchains, wallets and protocols can fail, and transactions cannot be reversed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Proxen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transactions you sign, third-party protocols, market movements or wallet compromise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Proxen after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

Questions: reach us on X at @proxenfi. We never contact anyone first.
