Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

Proxen is built to need as little about you as possible. There are no accounts. This policy explains what passes through our servers when you use the website and the app.

1. What we process

  • Requests you type in the app, so we can understand them.
  • Links you ask us to check, which we open in an isolated browser.
  • Your wallet address and trade details when you ask for a quote or build a transaction.
  • Your IP address, held in memory for a few minutes to limit how many site scans one visitor can run.

2. What we do not do

  • We do not ask for, receive or store seed phrases or private keys.
  • We do not create accounts or profiles.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
  • We do not sell data.

3. How long we keep it

Requests, quotes and check results are processed to answer you and are not kept as a record about you. Quotes are held for two minutes so you can confirm them. Safety-check browsers, screenshots and test wallets are destroyed when the check ends. Your chat history is stored only in your own browser, and you can clear it at any time.

4. Services that see some data

  • KyberSwap: the trade you ask about and, when you build a transaction, your wallet address.
  • Robinhood Chain RPC: balance and transaction reads for your address.
  • Anthropic (Claude): when turned on, the text of longer requests, to understand them.
  • GeckoTerminal: market data shown on the home page.
  • Sourcify and RDAP registries: contract and domain lookups during site scans.
  • The websites you ask us to check: they see a visit from our isolated browser and its test wallet, not you.
  • Google Fonts and Fontshare: fonts, loaded by your browser.

5. Public blockchains

Transactions you sign are recorded on Robinhood Chain, which is public and permanent. Neither we nor anyone else can remove them.

6. Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. The app keeps your chat history in your browser’s local storage so it is there when you come back.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because we keep almost nothing, most requests are answered by clearing your browser storage. For anything else, contact us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
